【工作說明 | Job Overview】
負責車用電子產品從試產（NPI）至量產（MP）導入的整體專案管理，確保專案時程、品質、成本及良率達成公司與客戶雙方目標，並統籌產品全生命週期的開發與製造協調。
Responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle of automotive electronic products from NPI to mass production. This role ensures project timeline, quality, cost, and yield targets are achieved while coordinating cross-functional teams across the full product lifecycle.

【主要職責 | Key Responsibilities】
1. 規劃並執行新產品導入（NPI）時程，確保量產時程與良率目標達成。
Plan and execute NPI schedules, ensuring mass production readiness and yield targets are achieved.
2. 主導跨部門協調，整合研發、製造、採購與品質團隊的執行進度與溝通。
Lead cross-functional coordination among R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams.
3. 主持產品開發各階段會議，追蹤專案進展與問題解決狀況。
Organize and lead project milestone meetings, tracking progress and issue resolutions.
4. 協助客戶需求分析與產品規格確認，推動設計變更管理。
Collaborate with customers on requirement analysis, product planning, and design change management.
5. 規劃試產及量產生產安排，包括人力、產能與資源配置。
Plan pilot and mass production builds, including manpower, capacity, and resource allocation.
6. 進行製造成本與費用評估，提出具成本效益的執行方案。
Conduct cost and budget evaluations to propose cost-effective execution plans.
7. 管理治工具及設備的採購、導入與使用效能。
Oversee tooling and equipment procurement, implementation, and utilization.
8. 進行製造流程開發與優化，推動 DFX、良率分析及問題改善。
Drive process development and optimization, DFX reviews, yield improvement, and issue tracking.
9. 作為 ODM/OEM 客戶的主要聯絡窗口，提供專案進度與報價更新。
Serve as the main contact window with ODM/OEM customers, providing NPI status and quotation updates.
10. 主導量產前審查（MP Readiness Review），確保產品符合量產條件並完成公告。
Lead MP readiness reviews to ensure manufacturing readiness and communicate production launch announcements.
條件要求
【應徵條件 | Qualifications】
•工作年資 / Experience: 5 年以上相關經驗
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
•學歷 / Education: 大學或碩士學歷（工程、工業、管理相關科系）
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
•語言能力 / Language: 英文聽說讀寫精通
Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

【其他條件 | Additional Requirements】
1.具製造專案管理（MPM/EPM）經驗 5 年以上者佳；10 年以上尤佳。
Preferably 5+ years of MPM/EPM experience; 10+ years is a strong advantage.
2.熟悉電子製造流程、NPI 導入及跨部門協作。
Familiar with electronic manufacturing processes, NPI execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
3.具良好溝通與領導能力，能統籌專案進度與團隊協作。
Strong communication and leadership skills for project and team coordination.
4.具國際專案管理經驗者尤佳。
Experience in international project management is a plus.
