工作內容  Report to 車用AE.  Lead the functional safety strategy and execution for automotive electronic systems in accordance with ISO 26262  Manage safety lifecycle processes and ensure project compliance with functional safety requirements  Conduct and supervise safety analyses including ASIL determination, FMEA, and FTA  Collaborate with system, hardware, software, and validation teams to meet safety goals  Establish and maintain functional safety documentation and toolchain processes  Represent the organization in functional safety-related customer discussions and audits  Support safety assessments and confirmation reviews from internal or third-party auditors
